Whilst the Minute Book dating from Consecration is still in possession of the Chapter, much of the Chapter history is lost through water damage to the minute book that occurred in 1974.
However, some items of interest are:
Permission to conduct Convocations of the Chapter in the Masonic Hall at Dinmore was granted by Dinmore Temperance Lodge No.275, the owners of the hall,
The last meeting of Grant RAC to be held in the Dinmore Masonic Hall was held on 9th September 1972.
The next meeting was held in the Goodna Masonic Temple on 13th November (sic) October 1972.
At the meeting held on 14th June 1974. The Scribe E was instructed to write to Booval Lodge No.243 at Eileen Street Booval seeking approval for Grant Royal Arch Chapter to move to that location.
Booval Lodge suitably responded stating their acceptance of the Chapter as a tenant and a Notice of Motion was submitted that the Chapter transfer to Eileen Street Booval, under the terms and conditions set down by Booval Lodge, and the next meeting to be held there in October 1974.
The first meeting of the Chapter to be held in the Booval Masonic Temple was held on 11th October 1974, and continuing.
